Job Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor and wiling to travel frequently

- Spoken / Written : English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin and an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Daily coordination with supplier & internal department to ensure project work as schedule
- Ensure compliance with purchasing and contract management instructions, regulations, policies procedures
- Resolve issues related to project with suppliers and internal department as appropriate
- All purchasing functions & activities, including monitoring of all delivery.
- To assist administration and other duties as and when requested by superior
- Source and propose for alternate suppliers based on the defined product or services specification.
- Responsible for all purchasing related duties and activities according to purchasing procedures.
- To source of vendor and quotation for price comparison.
- To process of Purchase Requisition and issue Purchase Order
